With over two decades of experience and a reputation for results-driven, no-fluff skincare, Amy Frances is the force behind Aesthetic Skincare by Amy Frances — better known as Aesthetic AF (iykyk). Amy’s career path has always been rooted in hospitality, beginning with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. But in 2000, her passion shifted to skin, and she enrolled in the National Aesthetics Institute of Scottsdale, where she found her true calling in medical aesthetics.
Alexis eversole
Lead Aesthetician
Alexis started her aesthetics career in 2005 in Portland, Oregon after working in research and development in the semiconductor industry. Her degree is in biology but she has always had a passion for skin health, product chemistry and helping people. Alexis is an expert in all aspects of aesthetics including body waxing and brow design, but specializes in acne and corrective skincare. Her favorite part of being an aesthetician is developing long term relationships and helping people understand their unique skin with her extensive knowledge and experience.
Alexis is a Denver native and grew up in the Washington Park neighborhood. She lives in a lively household with 3 teenage daughters, husband, shih tzu, and a mischievous orange cat.
CARSON KOTLER
Aesthetician / Laser Specialist
As a certified laser technician with more than two years of experience, Carson has built a career that combines science, skincare, and confidence in the growing field of medical aesthetics.
Before earning her aesthetician license, she studied psychology at Colorado State University, which deepened her interest in how people think, feel, and see themselves. This background shapes her approach to aesthetics and helps her support clients in feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin. She holds advanced certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. She takes pride in delivering precise, results-driven treatments that leave clients looking refreshed and feeling their best.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Carson skiing Colorado’s Epic and Ikon mountains or rock climbing at the gym and outdoors.

Madison is a Licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with nearly three years of experience specializing in corrective skincare. She is passionate about improving skin health and creating customized treatment plans that help her clients achieve clear, healthy, and radiant results.
